Registration – SOFT 2024

Registration

Registration for on-site and virtual participation will open at 12pm (IST) on Monday 29 April 2024. Registrations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will regularly announce the number of remaining registrations on the conference website.

  • Early registration fees will only be confirmed if registration and payment are received by Fourwaves by 2nd August 2024.
  • Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee.
  • Registration fees must be paid by credit card. Payments by bank transfer or cheque are not accepted.
  • Full refund available up to 31st August 2024, after this date refunds will not be available.

Only MasterCard and VISA credit cards are accepted for payments via the online payment system. These payments are charged in EUR.
